What Should be Done to Make it Safe: Run four 1 ½" rods through from north to south on each floor, with 2 feet cast iron plates, double nuts; thoroughly repair all plastering, and roof throughout; rebuild porch roof and repair rear buildings; rebuild top part of north and south walls.
